When the pressure is too high, there is a risk of damage to the substrate; For hard fiberboard substrates, the pressure can be appropriately increased.


The main purpose of applying pressure is to tightly bond the surface of the adhesive film paper and the substrate of the artificial board. If the surface of the artificial board substrate is smooth and the density is very uniform, there is no need to use high pressure. Then, the temperature required for resin curing usually depends on the temperature of the hot press plate, but also needs to consider the influence of the type of ecological board substrate and the adhesive used.


If the ecological board is produced with urea formaldehyde resin adhesive, under high temperature conditions, the urea formaldehyde resin adhesive will cure excessively, causing significant damage to the substrate, so the temperature should be appropriately limited; For resins with high curing temperature requirements, catalysts, accelerators, and other additives should be used for modification.
